Why We Open Source
The real estate investment industry is built on information asymmetry. Wholesalers profit by knowing more than sellers. We think that's backwards.
By open-sourcing our valuation methodology, we're showing sellers exactly how we calculate offers. When they can see the same math we use, the conversation shifts from "trust me" to "let me show you." That transparency has closed more deals than any sales script ever could.
We also believe great software should be shared. If our tools can help other developers build better PropTech products, everyone wins—including us, because we get to hire from that talent pool.
