Introducing PropTechUSA.ai: Building in Public

Today marks the official launch of PropTechUSA.ai.

This isn't a pivot. It's an evolution.

The Origin

Nine months ago, I needed software that didn't exist. The real estate tech stack everyone recommended cost thousands per month and still couldn't do what I actually needed.

So I learned to code.

Three months of obsession later, I had built:

A valuation engine running on Cloudflare Workers with sub-100ms response times globally

A Slack-based operations center with Bloomberg-style formatting

Automated lead qualification with instant property data enrichment

Interactive calculators that show methodology instead of hiding it

The stack runs on mostly free tiers. Cloudflare Workers. Vercel. D1 databases. The total infrastructure cost is under $200/month.

The Philosophy

Traditional PropTech profits from information asymmetry. The more confusion, the more money.

We built for transparency.

Our valuation engine is open source on npm. Anyone can install it, inspect it, improve it. MIT license.
